The fields on the form require basic information about you and your degree from Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology. Please put the name of the first degree, department, batch and year of graduation.
If you have a second degree from Shanto-Mariam, then please fill up the information regarding your second degree, department, batch and year of graduation.
Please put your current mailing address, thana and district. In addition, put your permanent address, permanent thana and permanent district in the respective fields.
Indicate your current employment status. If you are currently employed, then select Currently Employed and in addition, put your current work company/organization information and designation in the respective fields.
